Our own molding and plastic injection worksho, covering 3,000 square meters with around 100 employees. We have totally 43 injection machines—one at 300 tons, two at 250 tons, ten at 200 tons, the rest are around 100 tons, among them, there are 8 high-speed injection machines. The monthly capacity we can produce 800K pieces to 1 milion pieces final products and semi-finished products.

Our silicone injection molding workshop is equipped with 32 sets of fully automatic liquid silicone molding machines and solid silicone molding machines, each used for different silicone product processing. All pet products we manufacture are made with food-grade silicone, ensuring both pet safety and environmental friendliness.

In this workshop we have unique silicone drip molding processes, We added some beautiful patterns onto the surface of silicone protective cases. The patterns are created using a silicone drip molding process, designed by our team and already patented. We can also create custom designs based on your specific needs.

We have an independent reliability laboratory designed to conduct reliability tests on molds, semi-finished products, and finished products during processing.

The laboratory is equipped with over 40 devices capable of performing tests for product weight, dimensions, tensile strength, hardness, adhesion, yellowing resistance, mechanical lifespan, and more. These devices can simulate various environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, thermal cycling, thermal shock, IP dust and water resistance, and UV aging. The laboratory is capable of testing and evaluating 30 different product categories.
