6 Steps to Customize Your Pet Product
01. Design Inquiry : Tell us your Functions List and design concept, our R&D and design team will help shape the product’s style and functionality.
02. NDA Signing : To protect your intellectual property, we’ll sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you to keep your design and data secure.
03. Sign Contract & Kick-off the Project : Our project manager will work out a detailed project schedule and termly update our customers on each key milestones of the project. All project requirements will be strictly implemented in accordance with the contract terms.
04. Prototyping & Sampling : We will make several rounds of samples to evaluate and refine the product's appearance, structure, and function.
05. Production Moulds & Testing : Once the sample is approved, we will begin preparing the formal production moulds, while conducting necessary debugging and testing work to ensure the smooth conversion of the prototypes to mass production.
06. Mass Production & Shipping : In the mass production stage, production process and quality control will be particularly important. Our PE and QC teams will be fully involved and ensure the smooth execution of the production plan. Our project team will also fully follow up the subsequent packaging and shipping processes.
