We have particular expertise in the processing and manufacturing of leather pet products. Our monthly capacity can get 200K pcs with 6 production lines. We can complete customized orders based on your specific requirements within the agreed contract timeframe, ensuring on-time delivery.

We also have a professional sampling room that provides fast and precise sample-making services. Our sample masters have over 15 years of experience in leather and pet product manufacturing, allowing them to quickly bring your ideas to life. Additionally, they can offer valuable improvement suggestions for your project based on their extensive experience.

Our own molding and plastic injection worksho, covering 3,000 square meters with around 100 employees. We have totally 43 injection machines—one at 300 tons, two at 250 tons, ten at 200 tons, the rest are around 100 tons, among them, there are 8 high-speed injection machines. The monthly capacity we can produce 800K pieces to 1 milion pieces final products and semi-finished products.

The standard mold production cycle is 25-30 days, but for urgent projects, we can reduce the processing time to 2-3 weeks.

Our silicone injection molding workshop is equipped with 32 sets of fully automatic liquid silicone molding machines and solid silicone molding machines, each used for different silicone product processing. All pet products we manufacture are made with food-grade silicone, ensuring both pet safety and environmental friendliness.

In this workshop we have unique silicone drip molding processes, We added some beautiful patterns onto the surface of silicone protective cases. The patterns are created using a silicone drip molding process, designed by our team and already patented. We can also create custom designs based on your specific needs.

In silicone workshop we have more than 80 Workers, and the monthly capacity can produce 600K pieces.

We have an independent reliability laboratory designed to conduct reliability tests on molds, semi-finished products, and finished products during processing.

The laboratory is equipped with over 40 devices capable of performing tests for product weight, dimensions, tensile strength, hardness, adhesion, yellowing resistance, mechanical lifespan, and more. These devices can simulate various environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, thermal cycling, thermal shock, IP dust and water resistance, and UV aging. The laboratory is capable of testing and evaluating 30 different product categories.
